All clothing orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please note that processing time may take longer during peak seasons (such as holidays or sale events). We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the clothing items and the destination address.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the confirmation email.

Silvory Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international transit issues once the package has left our facility.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following:

  • APO/FPO addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Silvory Shop is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
However, we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.


Returns on Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return or cancellation is due to our error or a defective clothing item.
